Sanitary Air Relief Valve with spring return are continuously adjutsable. Exactly adjustable to the desired opening pressure, the valves are closed and opened very sensitively with low differential pressure. Sanitary Air Relief Valve is available both in open design(free blowing-off of CO₂) and in closed design enable to collect the excess CO₂.

Working Principle
The valve controls the pressure by adjusting the spring. When the pressure in the tank is bigger than the valve setting pressure, the valve seat automatically turns on, the pressure in the equipment system is released, and the beer fermentation is effectively processed. The tank is no more in high pressure, which may cause danger. The pressure can be set according to the user's need. The valve has a glass, which can be filled with water. It can be seen when gas comes out. A spare pressure gauge can be available.
