    Operating Principles



    Its working process can be decomposed into four simple steps:



    Motor drive: The motor starts and converts high-speed rotation into low-speed rotation through reduction mechanisms such as worm gears, worms, or helical gears.



    Crank connecting rod conversion: The low-speed rotating shaft drives the crank or eccentric wheel, converting rotational motion into linear reciprocating motion of the connecting rod.



    Diaphragm reciprocating motion: The connecting rod pushes the diaphragm to move back and forth inside the pump head.



    Suction stroke (reverse): When the diaphragm is pulled back by the connecting rod, the pump chamber volume increases and a vacuum is generated inside. At this point, the outlet one-way valve is closed under the pressure of the pipeline, the inlet one-way valve is opened, and the liquid is sucked into the pump chamber.



    Discharge stroke (forward): When the diaphragm is pushed forward by the connecting rod, the pump chamber volume decreases and the internal pressure increases. The inlet one-way valve is closed, the outlet one-way valve is pushed open, and the liquid is accurately discharged outside the pump.



    Flow regulation: Change the stroke length of the connecting rod manually or automatically (electric, pneumatic). The longer the stroke, the greater the displacement of the diaphragm during each reciprocating motion, and the greater the output flow rate; Conversely, the smaller it is. The stroke length is the main way to adjust the flow rate.
