IQC：The acceptance inspection of raw material into factory production in accordance with the standard,forbid the unqualified raw materials into  warehouse.

IPQC：According to the process parameter,operation,use the check list of tour inspection on the production, forbid the unqualified products into next process.

FQC：According to the standard,were designated inspection products,
semi-finished products in the production  process, to take timely corrective measures to correct the unqualified products.

OQC：According to products standard of finished products storage before inspection,do not let the unqualified products to enter the warehouse.

QE：To establish the quality plan,formulate the inspection specification,inspection tools,process analysis,design test,improve processing quality.

Totally 112nos of workers and the factory Covers 4035m2,our warehouse covers 1000m2. We have 29 sets of LG Mazak machines and other CNC machine from Japan ; Meanwhile,we have 2 sets of automatic machining unit.
 
To assure better quality, we have the full inspecting quality control equipment: 1nos Ra roughness instrument, 3nos stainless steel spectrometer, numbers of roundness instrument, numbers of thickness instrument, numbers of radius instrument, 3 nos pressure testing center.

For finished products
For valves, pressure testing and temperature testing is required for each valve.
After we get the finished products, we check for surface roughness, thickness equality, roundness, size measurement and sand holes again.
For all finished products, the checking quantity is not less than 10% of total quantity.
Before shipment, we check for the quantity of each product in order to find out any missing quantity or wrong product.
 
Finally, we use strong package to prevent the products from any damages.

Sanitary Centrifugal Pump, Its sanitary and cost-efficient design makes it perfect for the dairies, beverages, food-processing, pharmaceutical and fine chemicals industries. Then the open impeller and close impeller manufactured with stainless steel investment casting. Moreover can be adjustable stainless steel legs, and pump designed according to 3A sanitary standards. The motors option has Siemens motor and ABB motor to meet most of your needs. Once we understand your needs, we can configure it for you.

Xusheng butterfly valves can be used with any kinds of connection (Clamp, welding, thread, flange,etc..), The Max Pressure is 10 bar, Min pressure is 0.2bar. We have plastic handle and multi-position stainless steel handle, Moreover The butterfly plate and valve body forged in both 304 or 316L stainless steel. Meanwhile, we also have pneumatic actuators and electric actuators.Our butterfly valves is widely applied to food-processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
