3. Structure description
(1) The pump consists of major components including motor, pump head, diffuser, impeller, pressure barrel, suction & discharge casing, pump shaft and mechanical seal.
(2) Key components such as diffuser, impeller, pressure barrel and shaft are made of stainless steel. For pump head, suction and discharge casing: Model CDL adopts cast iron; Model CDLF adopts precision stainless steel castings.
(3) The pump is equipped with single mechanical seal. Seal faces: hard alloy / graphite. Inner support of diffuser is made of tungsten carbide.
(4) The standard connection between pump and pipeline is round flange. Other connection types can be provided upon customer’s request.
