Xusheng(Sanicompass) 's sanitary butterfly valves, no matter manual or automatic or electric, which is widely used in food, beer, milk, dairy, pharmaceutical, biological, chemical industrial. Sanitary butterfly valves are made from stainless steel SS304 and SS316L. The available sizes includes of 1/2"- 6", DN15-DN150. Standard have SMS,DIN,3A,ISO,RJT and so on. Meanwhile, sanitary butterfly valves's connection have different types, such as weld, clamp, thread, flange, ect. Xusheng( Sanicompass) can produce sanitary butterfly valves as per customers' design drawing and requirement
Specification:
Available Sizes: 1/2"-12", DN15-DN300

Operating Principles:
Stainless steel sanitary butterfly valves can be opened automatically through actuator or manually with handle.
The handle blocks hygienic butterfly valves in the " open " or " closed " postion, certainly there are the other postion available.
The actuator push piston of axial movement into 90 degree so that it controls sanitation butterfly valves.

You should choose a pump based on how thick your liquid is. Think about how fast you want to move the liquid. You also need to know what pressure your process needs. The temperature of the liquid matters too. If there are solids in the fluid, that is important. You should also consider how gentle th
Multi-port flow control is no longer a luxury in hygienic processing—it is a necessity. Whether you are diverting raw milk to one of two pasteurizers, rerouting CIP solution back to a recovery tank or switching between product and water phases in a bioreactor suite, a single 3 way sanitary butterfly
Every batch of infant formula, every vial of mRNA vaccine and every tank of craft beer has one spec in common: the process touches a sanitary valve. Global sales of hygienic flow components exceeded US $7.8 billion in 2023 and are projected to grow 6.2 % CAGR through 2030, driven by stricter FDA and
