    Sanitary Ball Valves are widely used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, clean steam, alcohol, beverage, biochemical industrialprocess control occasions. It is automatic or manual operated Ball valve, suitable for various applications inside the stainless steel piping system. Sanitary ball valve seat seal is made of PTFE material, with good sealing performance.

     

    Working Principle


    Sanitary ball valves can be tightly closed with only 90 degrees of pneumatic rotation and a small turning torque. The completely equal valve body cavity provides a small resistance and straight flow path for the medium. It is generally believed that ball valves are most suitable for direct opening and closing use, and ball valves have been designed to have throttling and flow control functions. The main characteristic of ball valves is their compact structure, easy operation and maintenance, suitable for general working media such as water, solvents, acids, and natural gas, and also suitable for harsh working conditions such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane, and ethylene. The valve body of a ball valve can be integral or modular.

    Aseptic Flush Bottom Valve is used for the discharge of reaction containers in clean industries such as pharmaceuticals, biology, fine chemicals, and food processing. This valve has the advantages of discharging materials, no residue, no leakage, and good sealing performance. When using an agitator, the bottom material of the container can fully rotate with the water flow when the agitator is opened to evenly mix the material.



    The valve is installed at a 35 degree angle to provide self-cleaning function for material discharge, making equipment maintenance more convenient in space. The valve is polished with a mirror surface with a roughness of 0.2-0.45 μ m. The use of valves is cleaner.





    Working Principle

    When Turn the hand wheel clockwise, whe valve shaft and seal rise up. At this tiome, Valve is open for sampling. when turn the hand wheel anti-clockwise, the valve shaft and seal go down, at that time, the valve is closed.
